So there is no live bus data here: no arrival times, no fleet count, nothing equivalent to the Montevideo number we publish every morning. The intercity timetable to Montevideo is a static file updated twice a year, and the local operators publish theirs as a document on Google Drive.

Bathing water quality is measured — sixteen beaches here, weekly through the summer, against a coliform standard — but the results are published through a national environmental portal we have not been able to read. Until we can, this page shows lifeguard flags, which are about safety and sea state, and says nothing about water quality. Those are two different questions and we will not blur them.
